Koa is Salesforce’s enterprise language model for CRM reasoning and multi-turn tool use, built by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super 120B. Supervised fine-tuning and GRPO reinforcement learning use public and synthetic workflow data rather than Salesforce customer records. Persona-conditioned tasks and tool-grounded rewards teach the model to follow business procedures in sales, service, and related enterprise workflows. Salesforce hosts inference within its infrastructure and offers access to selected Agentforce pilot customers at release; general availability was still expected for winter 2026. Public weights and a standalone model API are not established.
