RecurrentGemma
RecurrentGemma is Google’s open-weight language model family based on the Griffin hybrid architecture. Gated linear recurrences and local attention reduce the growing memory demands of ordinary attention-based decoding, benefiting long generated sequences and larger batches. Pre-trained and instruction-tuned checkpoints support text generation, summarization, reasoning, and language-model research. The model family uses the custom Gemma terms.
