Naive-N0.5-Flash
Naive-N0.5-Flash is NaiveAI’s open-weight coding and AI research model with 309B total parameters and 15.5B active per token. Continued pre-training adapts MiMo-V2.5 by replacing global attention with a hybrid of sliding-window attention and lightweight DeepSeek Sparse Attention. No full-attention layers remain, and the model supports a native 1M context. MIT-licensed FP8 weights and deployment code are available. Its research focus includes experiment execution, kernel optimization, and software development through external tools. The launch advertises future API access; invitation or future access is not treated as an unrestricted production API.
